1. Scope

This policy applies when you visit AIHarnessWorkbench.com, submit the site wait-list, use an AI Harness Workbench LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, book a conversation, or contact us about the product.

It does not govern an AI provider, creator repository, or third-party service that has its own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive:

• Your name, email address, organization, job title, and professional profile details.
• Your interest in creating, installing, or evaluating an AI harness.
• Your workstation environment and the service or harness you want.
• Your message, booking details, form source, referral page, and campaign parameters.
• Your consent choices and the date and version of the form you submitted.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic request information—such as an IP address, browser information, and timestamps—to deliver and protect the site. The wait-list uses a one-way, day-specific request fingerprint to limit spam; it does not store the raw IP address in the wait-list record.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, authentication material, client-confidential content, source code, prompts, sessions, or other sensitive information through a lead form.

3. How we use the information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and arrange a requested conversation.
• Manage the product wait-list and creator or design-partner discussions.
• Send the updates you agreed to receive.
• Understand interest in the product and improve its proposed offering.
• Protect the forms from abuse and maintain reliable records of consent.
• Meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Submitting a form does not authorize unrelated marketing. Where a use requires additional consent, we will ask for it separately.

4. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

LinkedIn may prefill a lead form with profile information. You choose whether to submit it. When you submit, LinkedIn provides the selected form fields and consent choices to Phoenix Business Solutions, and we use them for the purposes shown on the form and described here.

LinkedIn processes information under its own Privacy Policy. You can also manage your LinkedIn information and advertising preferences through your LinkedIn account.

5. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate the forms, website, hosting, booking, email, and business communications. They receive only the information needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or systems, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization.

Some providers may process information outside British Columbia or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, an active inquiry or relationship, and applicable legal or business-record requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it non-identifying where reasonably practicable.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent for future marketing, unsubscribe from updates, or request deletion where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect uses already permitted or required by law.
